Still, let’s try to keep it interesting when we’re learning. Having a mango shake is more than enjoying a drink. It’s like drinking your childhood memories. Thinking about mangoes makes me want to buy the ripe, sweet ones that drip down my fingers. Shake the mixture with chilled milk. Add a small amount of cardamom. A sprinkle of saffron will do.   1. Step 1 : Prepare mangoes

    • Peel those mangoes.
    • Cut into small piece and remove pulp from mangoes.
    • Remove the seed. Obvious, but had to say it.
  1. Step 2 : Blend

    • Mix all ingredients Mangoes, milk, sugar, cardamom into blender.
    • Blend it properly , lumps should not be. 
  1. Step 4 : Add ice cube

    • Add ice cube in blended mango pulp.
    • Blend again, just for a sec.
  1. Step 4 : Serve

    • Serve chilled in glass.
    • Garnish with nuts or saffron for crunchy texture . 
    • Can add rasmalai piece instead of scoop of vanilla ice cream to taste different. 
    • Or add as per your choice .

  • Always use ripe mangoes. If it smells sweet, it’s ready.
  • Use full-fat milk for that creamy, dessert-like feel.
  • Want a rasmalai-style shake? Just toss in a spoon of rabri or a chunk of rasmalai. Thank me later.
  • Skip ice if you want it thicker. Ice waters it down, duh.
  • No cardamom? Try a drop of rose water. Not too much though!
