Step 1 : Get the dough ready
- Put the whole wheat flour and salt in a big mixing bowl.
- Add water slowly and knead till the dough is elastic and soft.
- Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Get the filling ready
- Combine the mashed potatoes, ginger, coriander, green chilies, and all the spices in a separate bowl.
- To create a uniform filling, thoroughly mix everything. If required taste and adjust the salt and spices.

Step 3 : Prepare the parathas
- divide the filling and dough into portions of the same size.
- Form a small circle out of a portion of the dough.
- Press the edges together and seal after placing a portion of the filling in the middle.
